Pure Vérité is headed
by Doug Saputo, a professional New York City
filmmaker who has a wide range of experience in all
areas of filmmaking, from pre to post-production.
He is a member of SAG/AFTRA and ASCAP and has worked
as an actor on television and in the theater in addition
to producing and directing numerous promotional videos,
short films and documentaries, public service announcements,
commercials and travel videos. Doug graduated from
Columbia University where he studied Comparative Literature
and Art History and played on the Men's Varsity Tennis
team. |

Robin Blotnick is a 2013 Sundance Creative Producing Fellow. His feature documentary debut, Gods and Kings (2012), about masks, magic and media in the Guatemalan highlands, won the Intangible Culture Prize at the RAI International Festival of Ethnographic Films (Scotland, 2013). The Hand That Feeds (2014), about a bitter struggle for justice at a New York City deli, broadcast on PBS (where it was nominated for an Emmy) and picked up awards at several festivals (including Full Frame, DOC NYC and AFI Docs) and press acclaim at its theatrical run this Spring. City of Movement, an archival collage he directed and edited, is currently playing on infinite loop at the Museum of the City of New York.

Michael Burlingame's independent films have
been featured in many international film festivals,
including the London Film Festival, the Brussels International
Festival of Film and Video, the Chicago International
Film Festival and the Krakow International Festival
of Short Films. They have also screened at museums
such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the
American Museum of the Moving Image, the Institute
of Contemporary Art (Boston), and the Museum of Fine
Arts (Boston). His work in music video includes the
Janis Joplin documentary Nine Hundred Nights, as well
as projects with Paul McCartney, Sting, Robert Plant,
Yoko Ono, and Bob Dylan. He received an Emmy nomination
for his editing work with Sting. Burlingame has twice
been recognized with fellowships and other financial
awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and
American Film Institute.

For more than twenty years Debbi Waters
has consulted on business development and marketing
strategy exclusively for architectural and interior
design firms. She holds a Master of Arts in Architecture
and Design Criticism and understands how to connect
viewers with stories that matter in highly visual
and experiential fields.

John Martorelli is an accomplished musician,
songwriter and music producer. He has worked extensively
with Warren Haynes (Gov't Mule and The Allman Brothers).
John has an impressive catalogue of original songs
and has made the pages of Guitar Player magazine more
than once. |

Ivo Stainoff is a video professional who
understands the clients marketing goals. He
has production experience on four continents, from
holistic farmers in the Amazon and solo Pacific
fishermen to corporate leaders on Wall Street and
cultural institutions in Washington DC. His clients
include the United Nations, The Charles Darwin Foundation,
The Smithsonian, The New York Times, Pro Mujer,
Woodrow Wilson Foundation, Helmsley Foundation,
Discovery Channel, Gear Communications, Nasdaq,
Nike, Sothebys, The New York Public Library,
Barnard College, Columbia University, Morgan, Lewis
& Bockius LLP and Asset TV. Ivo attended Columbia
University where he studied Visual Arts.
